
An American diet – “No Suppers”

This diet is developed by American nutritionists. Today it is one of the most popular diets in Europe.
And it is not a surprise, as the diet is very simple and no special efforts are needed to keep to it, unlike other diets. The main rule of the diet is to abstain from eating after 5 pm.
Besides, there are certain recommendations for those who will decide to keep to the diet:
- Chose more carefully products that are good exactly for you
- Have as much liquids as possible
- Abstain from fatty food (fat meat, margarine, lard etc.)
- Take vitamins
This diet allows to have practically everything at breakfast. But it is strictly banned to have suppers! Anyway while keeping to this diet, you don’t need to think of calories, abstain from farinaceous foods, sweets and alcohol, just follow the quantity of products. You may eat practically everything. American nutritionists do not promise fast loss of weight, but this diet is absolutely safe!
Besides, diets of this kind always lead to stable and permanent results. So, if you don’t need to lose weight fast, this diet is just ideal for you!
Just abstain from suppers, fat products (including fatty yoghurt or milk) and unhealthy drinks (like aerated drinks). Eat fruits and vegetables, drink as much water and green tea as possible.
It is very simple to keep to this diet and if kept to it correctly it is even more effective than fast diets.
