Diet for diabetics

It is necessary to aspire to eat daily at the same time, 5-6 times a day, without overeating. The appetite played in the middle of day needs to try to be muffled, for example with a cup of tea or vegetables: to eat a cucumber, a tomato or carrots. To chew food it is necessary slowly and carefully. The menu on every day should differ a variety, but thus not to be high-calorific. Welcome guests on a table – such curing products, as vegetables and fruit in which various vitamins, mineral substances and vegetative fibres contain. The most useful – carrots and cabbage, cucumbers and tomatoes. Is better to use them the fresh: either in salads, or in a crude kind. Eggplants and vegetable marrows are not worse at all. Vegetables at desire can be extinguished. In this case in them remains much more vitamins, than at cooking.
From fruit and berries it is better to give preference to lemons, oranges, the cranberry, gooseberry, hawthorn, a cowberry and to a mountain ash (black). It is impossible to present a diet and without grain products, the bread prepared from a flour of a rough grinding is the most useful. In day it is enough to eat 2-3 pieces.
The approximate menu per day:
Breakfast: cottage cheese semiboldface, vinaigrette on vegetable oil, coffee with milk without sugar
The second breakfast: a fresh apple
Dinner: a cabbage soup, meatballs meat steam, stewed eggplants, a fresh apple
Mid-morning snack: low-fat cottage cheese, grated carrots without sugar
Supper: boiled fish, stewed cabbage
For the night: a glass of kefir
