Breakfast – an omelet, coffee with milk, salad from a sauerkraut
The second breakfast – a glass of kefir
Dinner – beetroot salad, chicken soup, stewed carrots, a slice of bread
Mid – morning snack – baked apples
Supper – fish fried on the vegetable oil, a baked potato, tea
Before sleep – a glass of kefir or milk
Other versions of a kefir diet:
Breakfast – an egg, a cream of wheat, tea with honey, bread with butter
The second breakfast – an apple, a cheese slice
Dinner – a mushroom soup, stewed meat with cabbage
Mid-morning snack – a glass of a kefir cocktail
Supper – a carrot baked pudding with prunes, tea with honey
Before sleep – a glass of kefir or a glass of sour clotted milk
