Eggs are not forbidden, but be not overzealous, for example using fried eggs for a breakfast every morning. All should be balanced. Vegetables it is possible and it is necessary to eat in any kind, but besides there is a subtlety: it is not recommended to crush them (no less than other products). Therefore it is better to replace so favourite mashed potatoes with a simple boiled potato. And to drink? Sick of a diabetes should accept liquid enough. Also it is not necessary to limit itself. On the average norm – 2-2,5 litres a day. If the patient tests strong thirst for it this norm does not exist, but do not drink more than 5 litres a day. And now we will concern themes of stronger. As well as for everything, the alcohol use should be moderated (no more than 100-150 ml 2-3 times a week). During time or soon after the alcohol use try to eat the products containing starch. Champagne, liquors, sweet and semisweet wines – is not recommended. Vodka and good cognac – it is possible, but it is cautious: do not forget that alcohol lowers sugar, and at all do not drink alcohol after reception of corresponding medicines.
Beer – is unconditional, it is not necessary.
