A grape diet
With help of southern juicy berries you can very easy lose 2 kg. The grape diet is calculated for 4 days. In this time hunger will not (!) remind of itself. On the contrary, there will be a sense of satiety. Staying on scales in the morning of the SECOND day, with surprise you will find out that have loose 0.5 kg of weight. And that it was not boring to sit on a grape diet, prepare for itself tasty dishes. Grapes contains wonderful curative properties thanks to which the nutritious balance is normalized, and clear the body of chemical waste. For a diet choose grapes with seeds: they contains more phenols counteracting processes of ageing.
The first day:
Breakfast: muesli with grapes, an orange and yoghurt. The recipe: 150g of yoghurt, a table spoon of muesli, half orange, 100g of dark grapes. Fried sunflower seeds will give nice taste to the morning.
Dinner: salad with a pumpkin and grapes. 250g pumpkins, 100g grapes 150g salad leafs, a table spoon crushed walnuts. The recipe: to cut the pumpkin into dice and slightly to fry on with butter. Grape berries to divide into halves, salad leaves to cut and mix with a pumpkin. Pour 1/4 of a glass of a vegetable broth in to oil where the pumpkin fried; add some vinegar and mustard as addition for the dish. Spread the nuts from above. With such salad not a sin to eat pair of slices of a cold baked pork.
Supper: fruit salad. 100g white grapes, 50g pineapple, a quarter of a papaya fruit, a table spoon of a lemon juice, a 1/4 glass of water. In addition — a slice chicken breast. A result: Energy value of dishes of the first day about only 800-850 kcal.
The second day:
Breakfast – lemon yoghurt.
150-200g of low fat yoghurt, a table spoon of the lemon juice. Shake up in a mixer and to fill in this cocktail with 150g of grapes.
Dinner: rice with shrimps.
The recipe: 5 table spoons of rice, 100g of grapes, 5 or 6 pieces of small shrimps. Boiled rice mix with grapes, shrimps slightly to fry in olive oil, to salt and pepper and lay out with rice-grape garnish.
Supper: potatoes with vegetables.
The recipe: 100g of potatoes, 1 carrot, a stalk of leek, little celery root. The cut vegetables fill in with a glass of a broth and to cook 10-15 minutes under cover. For taste add salt, a bay leaf, pepper, and a ready dish to fill with a teaspoon of sour cream. After such “soup” need to be treated with dark grapes. A result: energy value is 750-780 kcal.
The third day
Breakfast: a sandwich with curd cheese.
A roll from a rough grinded flour dress with a thick layer of curd cheese. Add from above halves of the cut grape berries (30 – 50g).
Dinner: fish with stewed cabbage and grapes.
The recipe: 150g of sauerkraut, one onion, 300g of fish fillet, 50g of dark grapes. Cabbage with onions prepare in a small amount of vegetable oil for 10 minutes. On cabbage to lay out a fish fillet and grapes and quench for 10 minutes again. Cook it.
Supper: grape jelly.
The recipe: the 5g gelatin bag, 150 ml of grape juice, grapes 50g, Ѕ of apple. Water gelatin with small amount of boiled water, then dissolve it in juice. The grapes and apple slices fill with jelly liquid, put in a refrigerator for an hour. A result: caloric content 650-700 kcal.
The fourth day:
Breakfast: Bread with cottage cheese and grapes.
Lay out 100g of the cottage cheese on a slice of rough grinded bread, add salt and pepper. Strew with spring onion. For the dessert – 100g of dark grapes.
Dinner: grape pancakes.
The recipe: 2-3 table spoons of a flour, water 100g, 1 egg. Prepare the dough and bake some pancakes. A stuffing: 100g low-fat cottage cheese, a table spoon of carbonated water, 50g grapes. Spread ground cinnamon to pancakes.
Supper: a turkey with vegetables and mushrooms.
The recipe: 50g turkeys breast, 100g broccoli, a carrot, champignons 50g. 2 table spoons of sour cream, 50g red grapes. Cut the turkey on to thin strips and fry. Boil broccoli in boiled water for 2-3 minutes. Rub carrot on the large grater, cut mushrooms on half’s. Combine all in to the pan, add a half-glass of a broth and to prepare for 10 minutes. In the end of cooking add sour cream and grapes. Possible to eat a some rice. As a result: energy value of 800-850 kcal.
