Kefir diet for recently typed weight
If your weight a little bit exceeds the norm, then you don’t have to take a strict diet. For normalization of metabolic processes is better to increase physical activity, to limit quantity of the products rich with carbohydrates. And first of all it concerns sugar and bread. Also reduce quantity of fat food.
Example of a kefir diet:
Breakfast – fresh cabbage salad, boiled fish, coffee, a slice of bread
The second breakfast – a glass of kefir, an apple
Dinner – a cabbage soup, boiled meat with the green peas, grated carrots, a slice of bread
Mid-morning snack – the cottage cheese watered with fermented baked milk or kefir, a broth of dog rose
Supper – jellied fish, beetroot salad on vegetable oil, tea or a herb infusion
For the night – a kefir glass for all day do not eat more than 100g of bread.
Other possible kefir diet:
Breakfast – tomatoes and cucumbers salad, fried eggs, coffee, a slice of bread
The second breakfast – boiled and fried cauliflower, kefir
Dinner – the borsch or a meat or fish soup with pickled cucumbers, a stuffed cabbage with meat, a vegetables salad
Mid-morning snack – grated carrots, a dog rose broth
Supper - boiled fish, stewed vegetable marrows or a stewed pumpkin, tea
Before dream – a glass of kefir
The rational, a little limited food together with physical exercises, walking, easy run will help not to grow stout, keep normal weight of a body, will improve appearance, will raise working capacity and will improve metabolic processes. Rationality of a food, an active way of life and traditional kefir for the night will bring health and will stop process of gaining superfluous kilos.
