A diet at a pancreatitis
The diet is called to:
Remove inflammation;
Normalize pancreas functions (especially exocrinous and increases anti ferments);
Provide mechanical and chemical functions of stomach and an intestines;
Lower excitabilities of a bilious bubble;
Warn fatty liver infiltration and a pancreas.
General description. Physiologically full valuable diet with the high capacity of protein, vitamins, calcium, phosphorus and substances like that and a little fats and carbohydrates restriction (especially easy digestible).
Sharp restriction extractive substances, purine, refractory fats, cholesterol, essential oil and cellulose.
The products strengthening fermentation and a swelling of intestines (cabbage, the bean, carbonated drinks) are excluded.
Cooking process. All dishes are steam prepared, chopped and grated, and baked.
The nourishment. It is fractional, food intake – 5-6 times a day.
The temperature of meal. +20 to +55 degree by Celsius. Very hot and cold dishes are excluded.
Chemical compound and caloricity.
Proteins – 150g (65-70% animal proteins),
Fats – 80g (15-20% vegetable),
Carbohydrates – 350g (30-40g of sugar).
Vitamins: vitamin A – 3 mg, vitamins B, and В2 – 5-6 mg each, vitamin C – 150 mg, vitamin РР – 40 mg.
Mineral substances: calcium – 1.0g, phosphorus – 2.5g , magnesium – 0.5g, iron – 15 mg, table salt – 10.
Calorie content – 2600 2900 kcal. Any liquids – 1.5l.
