A protein diet with rice

Friday: Breakfast. 1 glass of milk, 1 piece of toasted bread.

Saturday: Breakfast. 1 soft-boiled egg, a cup of unsweetened tea, 2 fresh cookies.
Dinner: 100g rice, 100g boiled meat.
Supper: 200g boiled fish, 100g fruit salad (apples, plums, pears, oranges), a cup of orange juice.
Sunday: Breakfast 100g dietary sausages, 1 piece of toasted bread, a cup of unsweetened tea or black coffee.
Dinner: 100g of rice, 150g raw vegetables salad dressed with vegetable oil.
Supper: 200g boiled low-fat mutton, 100g salad from a sauerkraut with onions and a green peas.
