As soon as you feel that you are overloaded or simply tired, it is a time to arrange for your body a small rest. The best rest for it – will be the day off and a clearing diet.

So you need to postpone all your plans for a couple of days and reserve some vegetables, fruits, mineral water, vegetable juice and vitamin C in tablets – all these stuff is required for the given diet. Ah, yes! Do not forget about the aromatic lamp with favorite smells and relaxing music – so the rest will be really high-grade.

On the first day

First breakfast: fruit salad (the presence of citrus plant are obligatory), carbonated water and herbal tea.

Second breakfast: the half of melon filled with fruits, herbal tea and mineral water.

Dinner: the half of melon (the rest part of melon), again filled with different types of fruits. Drink herbal tea and mineral water.

Supper: it is better to not eat at this time, better to drink tea or water. Eat one banana and drink a daisy tea (or daisy infusion).

Drink tea and mineral water as much as possible during the day. It is very helpful to take a couple tablets of vitamin C in the morning, and additional 4 tablets of vitamin C during the day (the interval should be 2 hours).

On the second day

First breakfast: 4 baked tomatoes, dressed with greens, a cup of vegetable juice (a mixture of carrots and pumpkin or other combination) and herbal tea. Also take a tablet of vitamin C.

Second breakfast: fresh vegetables salad, filled with plant oil and lemon juice, herbal tea and mineral water.

Dinner: cabbage that prepared on steam (could be broccoli or cauliflower), herbal tea and mineral water, and in addition you can drink a vegetable juice.

Supper: although it is very pity, but in the second half of the day there is no supper applied. Therefore try to drink more herbal tea and mineral water till to survive the day.

On the next day you can eat as usual but it is advisable to do it steps by steps. Don’t overload your cleaned and rested body with heavy food. You have spent two days on diet.
